Group decision workshop offered
Belong to a group or organization that seems to take forever to get anything done? Do in-house communications fail to communicate? Do you wish you were a better leader? Then Occidental Arts and Ecology Center may hold the answer for you. It is offering its weekend long residential course “Facilitation for Group Decision Making” beginning Dec. 7 – 9. Adam Wolpert will lead the group.
This weekend workshop offers practical tools to enjoy more effective and participatory meetings in a non-profit, business or community. Topics will include values and goals: democratic organizational structures; consensus and other decision-making processes; facilitation skills; planning for and running effective meetings, the practice of council; conflict resolution; and crafting agreements.
